Job Context
We are one of the leading automobile parts supplier in Bangladesh, looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly skilled aspiring person who will look after the automobile business as the Sales Manager of the organization with commitment.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Understanding customers’ requirements on any base and providing suitable proposal.
- Responsible for knowing the vehicles brand and source to match the parts.
- Capabilities to close the deal for any brands all parts.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Making monthly sales target.
- Maintaining daily report and sales record.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Or BBA in Marketing, MBA in Marketing.
- Educational qualification is flexible for experienced person in automobile sales sector.
Requirements
- Experience 3 to 5 years
- Age 27 to 38 years
- Only Males allowed to apply
- Fluent in English, Positive-strong personality, Convince power.
- The applicants must have experience in the following areas: Automobile/Construction Parts, Warehousing Equipment, Direct Selling/Marketing, Deal closing.
Salary
- Negotiable
- Attractive sales commissions will be provided upon completing the sales targets.
